Do I need to bring anything?
All necessary materials, including brushes and products, will be provided. If your course includes a practical session, we recommend bringing a smartphone or camera to capture high-quality images of your work.

Will I receive a certificate?
Upon completing the course, you will receive an official Kryolan Certificate of completion. Please note that this certificate is not a formal make-up qualification.

What if I need to cancel?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring a change in plans. If you need to cancel, we kindly ask that you contact us at your earliest convenience.
For further details, please refer to our cancellation policy, which outlines the applicable terms and conditions. You would have received the cancellation policy via email on confirmation of your booking.

Will a model be provided?
If your course includes a practical session, you will have the option to practice either on yourself or on a fellow attendee.
Please note that models will not be provided for the session.
